I flew in from out of state to come to this shop! I could have done the at-home try on option, but I really wanted to have all the options available to me in person. I had been admiring Dreamers & Lovers and that style for a long time so I was pretty confident I would find my dress here! Making the appointment was super easy and they were very communicative. This was my first experience with trying on wedding dresses and it was not pleasant in any way. First, the emails that I received were confusing. While they do specifically state my appointment is for the Venice store, the email also shows Torrance Team multiple times. I ended up going to the Torrance location and the gate was closed. I called the number on the email and the man that answered the phone was abrasive and rude in his approach to telling me I had gone to the wrong store.
