Rory appeared a day ahead of schedule and was obliging, and energetic and exceeded all expectations to clarify all that he did and things to assist with keeping our new site focal air unit running and looking great later on. The team arrived on time and was very professional. They were very knowledgeable and efficient and even cleaned every speck of dirt that was tracked in or down from the attic. They were able to schedule an appointment very quickly and were on time and very professional. They did not try to upsell like many other HVAC companies we have used in the past. The call taker was pleasant and addressed my concerns.
We have used these guys to replace our gas heater, maintain our AC in 4 houses and just recently replace the duct work in our home. They were done in a few hours, left the yard completely cleaned up and did a fantastic job on the 20+ year old duct work. Not to mention the price was reasonable. Thank you.
