Never have I EVER had a business owner talk to me like this. We made an offer on an RV and got an e-mail from the business manager saying that we could work something out. When we got there, they wanted full price, but would finance that difference in house, nothing about the offer we had made. We reminded them that we had agreed on a lower price the first time we were there and he agreed to sell it to us for that, but not the e-mailed offer. Before we saw ANY paperwork he wanted the money. Stay far away from DreamChasers RV if you want your RV repaired under warranty and get it back in a reasonable time. Once the sale is over there is no support and nobody seems to know a thing about what is going on. Communication is lacking with Dreamchasers and you will go through the run around. The owner does not take responsibility for poor repairs and doesn't do the right thing on getting items fixed after. Worst RV Business EVER
Dream Chasers is a great dealership to work with, everyone is nice, helpful and courteous. They took care of all my warranty work on my Grand Design trailer and saved me a lot of grief. I want to say thank you to the service dept. for taken care of my trailer, Great service and very timely. I give Dream Chaser's an A+.
