Fabulous fireplace fronts and mantles. Lovely well informed people to help.
I ordered samples of their product, paid 18.00. Received them and then received a bill from UPS. I was charged almost 15.00 for tariffs. Never advised of this when I ordered the samples. Sad because I will be installing three fireplaces in my new home. Will search for another company to purchase from. I spoke to Dreamcast and the woman answering the phone said they are not to charge the tariffs, transferred me to Timasha who could have cared less. Refused to do anything to help me. They manufactured me a custom fireplace cast.
We absolutely love our DreamCast fireplace and have been enjoying it for almost 2 years. It's held up to our Colorado weather, hot sunny days in the summer and cold and snow in the winter. Dealing direct we saved a bit of money and still had great costumer service.
