I was initially very hesitant to order a custom facade for our Montreal clients without first being able to visit a showroom to see the pieces in person. Absolutely love the fire pit! Sneha was great she helped explain all options and was very patient as we waited for our plumber to install a new gas line. The color was an exact match to the sample we received and the quality was top notch. This will be the centerpiece of our back patio. Highly recommend. Thank you!
I purchased the Phantom 48 Firetable, in the color charcoal. This is a well designed, constructed, and "packaged for delivery" fireable. Excellent communication with the sales/technical team, expectations well understood. Delivery as promised. It is concrete, so be prepared for the weight which is in the specs. I wanted a lot of heat output, so went with the 150K BTU - WT crossfire brass burner, and it delivers the heat. This is not a "box store" type of item, it'a beautiful, functional art piece.
