I contacted this company a couple weeks ago about getting an estimate on installing an exterior door. He answered me back by email and said he would be happy to help me out. We talked on the phone which I gave him details at that time. Set up a time for an appointment a week later. Didn't show at that time so I called and he said he was waiting on his daughter to get back from a job. He never contacted me at any time to say he was running late or just wasn't interested. Very poor customer contact! Would not recommend!
