Customer service really lacked. Not even a single congratulations, didn't care to ask when the wedding was, etc. Bride and guests were not allowed to look through dresses, and the lady working would not provide any plain dresses. The bride was not able to try on any dresses that were larger sizes to see if she liked any other styles. Only 1 dress option for plain with no lace. Didn't feel very welcoming, even after the bride purchased a dress. Again, no thank you or congratulations to the bride after her purchase. Do better.

AMAZING place to shop thanks to Angie we came from Saskatoon to shop for a mother of the groom wedding dress, Angie has such a keen eye for fashion she knew what dresses would look good on my sister in law she is very confident in her style choices. She is very knowledgeable about current trends and style. Thank you for making us feel very welcomed in your store not like that wedding place across the street who was so disrespectful no class at all.

I went here to get my grad dress last Thursday and they're excellent! This late in the grad season and they still had plenty of wonderful dresses in ALL sizes. Both the mom and daughter have excellent customer service. They're extremely easy to talk to and make you feel very comfortable. I highly highly recommend. Made finding my grad dress super easy! Their store was the first one I went to and the last since I found my dream dress! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

I went to get a graduation dress with my friend, and we had a great experience! The price of the dresses were reasonable, there was a lot to choose from, and great costumer service!
