My first time as a patient at Dream Vision in Fields Corner. I was greeted very professional and polite. The optician assistant was so attentive to my concerns. I have diabetes, so I was concerned regarding the new technology opposed to the old technology. What would be better for Diabetes was my question. I can say Dr. Eva Ho put me at ease she explained everything and even found things I never knew I had, things that can be resolved with a warm cloth twice a day. I stepped on my glasses and needed frames ASAP. The young lady on the phone was very helpful with explaining my insurance coverage (very few take Davis vision) and friendly. She squeezed me in during a very busy weekend. The service was above and beyond ! The office gave me loaner lenses until my new frames arrived! Wow, thank you again for your kindness. Highly recommended!!
I have wore glasses all my life. I wanted a change so I made my eye appointment with Dream Vision to be fitted for contacts. The staff is extremely nice and very informative. Linda did my fitting for my new contacts and she did a wonderful job. I will definitely recommend to everyone
I designed and built this store. Very nice family to work with, especially the doctor is super friendly. I recommended to all my friends, my colleagues, my facebook friends, and will not stop bragging about how great this doctor is with her clients.
