Michael Rich was extremely thorough and helpful. We had called for one issue, a repeat leak problem, and rather than doing the same “bandaid” quick fix that other services have done in the past, he actually assessed what was repeatedly causing the problem, and fixed that, as well, so we wouldn’t have to deal with the same problem again (and again and again!).
