Lied and said they were 1 hour away and took them THREE to get there. The tow truck driver didn’t unhook my car correctly and drove off yanking off my front bumper but “they aren’t liable” they cost me MORE money to repair the car DONT USE THEM

I know for a fact that these two trucks are not legal. 2 accidents confirmed that the plates are switched not registered and has had no insurance. Plus these trucks are unsafe. Most of the drivers are aware and like the owner do not care. The are unreliable and untrusting. They should be closed down. The owner allows people with no mechanic licenses to tare apart vehicles and scam for thousands of dollars for repairs then the cars never work again

just like all the other reviews - got a flat over the weekend, waited hours and hours - sent messages they were coming. never even showed up or cancelled? just said on the way, and nothing....

Do not use this company. Really long wait time(hours). They don't like answering there phone. I've been waiting over 3 hrs and I still don't know where the driver is, or if i'm getting a tow. Do not use this company. They never came to get after waiting 3hrs. Do not use this company.
