Waited four hours for what was supposed to be only an hour and a half wait. Though I spoke English over the phone, the tow driver sent to help me did not speak English, which made communication difficult. Avoid this tow company.
Used this company through my insurance company for roadside assistance. When my vehicle was brought to my home I asked for it to be parked in my driveway. There is a small private road you need to go down to access my driveway. When I asked for it to be dropped off in the driveway the driver immediately told me it wasn’t possible. I have previously had a much larger vehicle towed and dropped off in the driveway with no issues. Professionalism is a must!!!!!!!!!! Nasty man came to give a quote. Do not use this company for any business color mattered for service. I will never spend my money with A nasty contractors! Door bells were made to be used !
This company is full of crap please do not use them even if it’s your last result they will have you sitting on side of the road for about 5/6 hours they need to go out of business I’m sure that will happen very soon with the services they’re providing. If I could give a zero rating that’s exactly what I would give them they suck please read and take heed to these reviews they are bad business
