Don't even deserve a star. Marcus is a scammer. Sold us an 06 toureg at an insane rate we're still paying over 10k on. It is almost always immobile. Blows the intake up upon startup. Thieves and scoundrels. Take your money elsewhere please. For the love of God do not buy one of his vehicles! Hope I save somebody the hassle of financial security and ruining your life.
They don’t deserve a single star. They sold me a 2015 Nissan Sentra with a troubled transmission. They told me it was in good mechanical condition. Sure enough, about 20miles into my drive home it started acting up. The car was TOTALED when they sold it to me. The transmission was going out. The repair for the transmission was more expensive than what I had even bought it for. Can't believe the deal my son got! Howard and Randy are just great.
Initially, everything was great going through the buying process, I kind of had a hard time getting in touch with the dealer, but it's been over 45 days and they have not sent my plates and have not processed any paperwork with my bank. They will not answer any calls, and the owner will not answer any texts I have sent. Don't trust this dealer unless you get your title right away.
TLDR: Sold us a vehicle with a known bad transmission but failed to disclose We went and bought a 2017 Nissan Sentra for $5,500 and a clean title and "no mechanical issues". Drove the car for a few days and noticed what could be transmission issues. Tried to get in touch with Howard and was ignored. We reached out to the previous place the car was serviced at and was informed they told him at the time that the transmission needed replaced but he declined.
