Drs have been great however each time I go for a routine cleaning I am getting billed $89 for “preventative”. I dont appreciate getting charged each time for an appt I am getting that should be routine and covered by my insurance. I called to inquire and all they said is they will “look into it” and quickly tried to hang up the phone. No apologies or a response of when/how they will reach out to answer my questions. We had a great experience at Dream Smiles Pediatric Dentistry. My son has had a hard time with dental visits in the past and has some oral sensitivity related to picky eating/PFD/ARFID, so I wasn’t sure how the visit would go. He did great with both the cleaning and X-rays. The team was patient, gentle, and really made him feel comfortable. My son goes here and has been for the last few years and it’s been amazing ! Never had an issue with them .
My daughter was looking forward to her dental appointment, it was a wonderful experience. The staffs are all amazing people, their customer service is great. I was so pleased with front desk lady with her attendance towards us. U all are the best.
