I’ve been coming to this dental clinic for treatment for the past 10 years. The reception staff and dentists are always very professional. Highly recommend :)
Both my daughters had their braces done with Dr Tan, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. Since then, our whole family has continued seeing Dr Tan for regular check-ups and cleaning as well. Very professional, experienced, and always providing great service. 100% recommend!

我是個戴著牙套來澳洲的台灣背包客。 在2017年時吃牛排導致牙套鐵線歪了，台灣房東開車載我從卡布丘來到這裡看牙醫。 我懷著在國外看牙醫很貴的複雜心情去看診。 心裡想著治療費應該是$500～$1000澳幣。 到了診所，櫃檯小姐是台灣人，耐心的幫我稍微解釋是否有澳洲保險等等。 可惜我沒有澳洲保險。 我當時有詢問治療費用大約是多少錢？ 櫃檯小姐說她也不太清楚，只能問醫師。 輪到我時，突然緊張了起來，因為英文也不太好，怕醫生突然講英文我聽的不太懂。 還好潭醫師講中文很標準，講英文我聽不懂的單字也耐心的用中文再解釋一次。 這裡的看診和臺灣不一樣，這裡提供類似墨鏡🕶️讓我戴，避免燈讓我眼睛不舒服。 治療完成後，潭醫師詢問我是否有保險，我說我是個背包客沒有澳洲保險。 最後潭醫師收我$100澳幣，因為我是上排的牙套線跑出來而已。 真的很nice👍 之後過沒多久又因為吃牛排導致牙套線又跑出來，這次是上下兩邊的牙套線。 又回到熟悉的診所，潭醫師又收我nice的費用👍 之後又沒有正常刷牙導致後面臼齒腫起來，又回到熟悉的診所。 潭醫師收我很nice的費用👍 之後過好幾年，剛從台灣做完牙齒矯正回到澳洲，牙套線又歪了。 一樣又是同一位台灣櫃檯小姐，一樣又是潭醫師幫... read more
