Dr Tan is super professional, fixed my teeth perfectly!
I am posting this on Cassidy’s behalf, for some reason her review won’t show up and she is devastated. She insisted her review needs to be put on and here it is. 83 years old Macho here, it took some serious efforts to create an email account especially for this lovely young lady. I had adult orthodontic work done by Dr Tan during 2012-2014 at both Tingalpa and Sunnybank clinics. I had braces fitted, extractions, braces removed for my wedding, then fitted again, then whitening after final removal. I even went back for general dental cleans after as I struggled to find a dentist as gentle and caring in my area for a while after moving house. I highly recommend Dream Smiles - and special mention to Michelle, who always made me feel so welcome and at ease!
I cannot thank Dream Smiles Orthodontics and their practice manager Michelle enough for making my first nervous visit a very educational, stress-free and honest experience. I felt relaxed all the way during the consultation with lots of smiles due to a great sense of humor from everyone. I witnessed something very encouraging n delightful while accompany a friend's dental visit. A very cranky Husband s loudly raging at the front desk about his wife s treatment, rude language, pointing at her, something about root treatment and price quotation, wife was continuing hint him not to do so. The front desk checked records and apologized for didn't arrange her to desired dentist, very patiently explained the treatment procedures with a tooth model.
