I was honestly a little skeptical coming into this. I never thought I would be here having to deal with sleep apnea. My tech was Ivan and honestly he put me at ease with his knowledge, humor and calm demeanor. Had this been with someone more stern, I don’t know if I wound have responded as well. If you get Ivan as your tech, know you’re in good hands.
This was a much better experience than I was expecting. Ivan explained everything throughout the process and I left knowing the best steps to take going forward.
