front office staff very unfriendly lady at window nasty attitude. i was 5 minutes late for appointment she got nasty told me that they were completely booked up i could not get in. there was absolutely no one in waiting room. a 10 yrs relationship went down the drain in 5 seconds. then was told never to come back.

RecommendedI absolutely love this clinic. When we moved to this area, I probably saw at LEAST 8 doctors and FNP. I was not satisfied with the care and personal attention that any gave. I went to Dr. Smith's Dream Sleep Center because I saw an ad saying that they had a FNP there and thought I would see if they saw patients with other medical problems other than sleep disorders. Most dishonest clinic in Pueblo by far. They dont even have proper staff to do proper medical care. Nobody has the correct credentals at this facility. They have a scam for your money folks dont do it. They bill for unnecessary things and follow ups are not needed. His wife Hina dont pay staff as well who is the practice manager so they are out for your dollar and can care less about the patients or issues. RecommendedI highly recommend Dr. Smith and the Dream Sleep Center. They are wonderful! They have GREAT customer service. Mary Lou, Jeff, and Dr. Smith in particular helped me out tremendously. Dr. Smith is very personable. I have not had the privilege of working with all of the team just yet! The rooms are great and very comfortable. I highly recommend!
RecommendedMy experience here has been wonderful, Dr. Smith and his team of professionals helped me sleep better. The entire staff gave me the impression that they actually cared about me. just to name two of the staff members there that gave me exceptional help was Emily s and Jeff G, there are several others that I don't have their cards to mention by name. Ok let’s start with their claims- “We are residentially located and newly renovated to provide patients with an inviting, homelike atmosphere. Our sleep rooms look and feel like you’re staying in a top-notch hotel. State of the art equipment allows patients more freedom of movement throughout the study” Renovations are not complete, the room and shared bathroom was stuck in a time warp from 1970.
