I originally looked forward to getting silk presses at this business, as this service is extremely hard to come by in SW VA. However, my hair was damaged by the beautician and I was harassed twice by a barber at this location. I got two silk presses here, and both times my hair was extremely oily. I had to buy dry shampoo to reduce the buildup. Brittani never showed me the back of my hair, and now I know why.
