They gave us a fixed price to fix our AC, after they “fixed it” it stopped working. We had to have them come back and they requested more money. After that visit the AC still isn’t working and they are now requesting more money as they keep finding things that cost more. Now our AC cover that they installed has fallen from the ceiling and damaged our dining room table because it was not properly installed.

John came here on time,did an excellent job and explain in detailed about the problems of my centralized aircon,I would definitely 100% recommend dream service for any centralized aircon repair,John came to fix my aircon problems on a holiday (July 4th)which was so impressive and did an excellen repair diagnosis on my aircondirion

They installed a split unit in my apartment and they were really professional in doing so. The task was difficult as they had to remove the old ac unit which turned out to be a big task. I couldn't be more satisfied with the service.

We used J&M to clean our in-the wall air conditioner. They were very quick to schedule a time (they had the following day) and called to say they could even come earlier if we wanted. They were polite and did a very thorough job of cleaning our unit. I spoke to a few other companies that said we needed to buy a whole new unit (without even looking at it, just going off of pictures) which would have cost us close to 2k.
