AWFUL! I am a salon manager and am appalled at the lack of service that this "company" provides. I ordered salon chairs and sinks from them and one arrived broken. When I called to let them know they told me that they do not warranty the chairs and that I was on my own with it. I had to hire a contractor to come and look at it and it turns out that it was missing bolts.
