Full roof replacement with architectural shingles and new underlayment throughout. The pipe boots and step flashing along the dormer were redone, which is where we used to get a small leak when the wind blew rain sideways. Hasnt leaked since. They also added new ridge venting because the attic was running hot in summer. A couple of friends in Lockport had used TIMS before and that was what got them on our list. The finished roof looks sharp from the curb and the lines are all clean.

TIMS did a full roof replacement for us. new architectural shingles and they look really good up there, nice even lines all the way across. they also redid the ridge vent which the old roof didnt even have properly. all the flashing around the bathroom vent and the furnace exhaust was replaced too. the cleanup after was thorough, ran a magnet roller through the grass and driveway. roof looks like it belongs on a newer house now

had been putting off the roof for like two years and finally pulled the trigger. got three estimates, TIMS came in with a good price and had availability pretty soon. the estimator walked the roof and explained what he saw without making it feel like a sales pitch. once we said yes they had a crew out in less than two weeks. they were done same day which was kind of surprising honestly for a full replacment. everything looks solid, gutters were cleaned out, no mess in the yard. glad its done

had a leak showing up on the ceiling in our spare bedroom, like a brownish circle that kept growing every time it rained hard. thought maybe it was a plumbing thing at first but a plumber came out and said nope thats coming from above. called TIMS and they got someone on the roof within a few days. turned out there was flashing around the chimney that had pulled away, plus a section of decking underneath was soft and needed replacing. they quoted me for the flashing repair and the decking swap and it was pretty reasonable so... read more

So the whole thing started because I kept putting off dealing with some missing shingles after a bad storm last spring, and then my insurance adjuster basically told me I needed to just get it handled. A friend had used TIMS for their garage roof and gave me the number. The estimate visit was pretty quick, maybe 20 minutes, and they walked me through what needed to happen without being pushy about upselling anything.
