Rude and obnoxious
Went in today for a rear tire replacement..they did a great job on the installation and gave me a great price on a new Michelin. I have bought here before and will continue to do so...Thanks DR...
Dropped in yesterday because my chain was loose and the people here immediately helped me out. Got the specific tool to tighten it and let me know it was trashed.
Went in to look at a used bike. I was there for several minutes and no one bothered to say hi. I looked at the price tag on the bikes and saw a $450 dollar documentation fee and a $350 transport fee. Are you kidding me. You want to charge a transport fee on a used bike. I just walked out laughing.
Had excellent service there, and it was executed advantageously and expeditiously! Thanks guys!
