We were referred to Nadine Holstine to help us navigate and sell a small property in Payton. From the first conversation Nadine was amazing her knowledge communication and fallow through was I believe the only reason we were able to close the sale I have never given a five star rating as I believe no one is perfect until now. Janaya was a gem to work with. She made sure I found what I loved, worked within budget and ultimately found exactly what I was looking for, plus more. I’d recommend her again and again. She worked hard behind the scenes. Rushed paperwork when needed and applied pressure when needed. She’s a real go-getter. Highly recommend her. She greeted me on possession day, with a gift basket; on Valentine’s Day no less. She really does go over and beyond. She is the best realtor to work with if you’re looking to buy.
