I really appreciate you guys coming the other day right before our party. You were able to get everything running again even though you guys only do contractor work and you guys were the only ones that picked up on the weekend during a holiday weekend. So 10 out of 10. Called Dream Pools on a Saturday at 5 pm because a plug got stuck deep in the skimmer box of an in ground pool. Although they are located out East and we’re in Queens, (out of their service area and would have to charge alot for a call) Franklin called me back and got me on a 3 way call with Angel. Most companies would have just said, “Sorry, you’re out of our service area” and hung up. Angel offered advice and referred me to a local service person. They were so helpful and nice!
