Communication sucks. End result sucks. Spent 22k for a patio that has leaked for 2 years now. Company is not even interested on fixing their mess ups. Owner doesn't even respond. Last time he responded was to ask me to take down my negative google review in return the patio would get fixed. Never happened. Don't waste your time and money on this company.

Update: It has now been two years since we hired Angelo, and one year that we have been waiting for Angelo to reimburse our $2,700 deposit. We have not had any communication for at least 8-9 months. He obviously has no intention of doing the right thing. This was posted to the business page of Go Dream Remodeling, but was also shared on my page. Do not do business with Angelo! You will be sorry. I'be paid $17000 to date, and my lanai leaks worse now than the one I paid him to replace. Here is my story as reported to the BBB: I paid a deposit of $7400 to Angelo and Go Dream Remodeling in Feb 2023 for him to rebuild and extend my lanai (screened patio). The contract indicates this should take roughly 16 weeks,but no guarantee on that time frame. We had the misfortune of using Go Dream Remodeling for our outdoor patio. What should have been a relatively straightforward screened porch, took a year and a half, and included delayed construction, failed inspections, incorrectly sloping roof that resulted in a full disassembly and reassembly of the porch, near insolvency of the business, poor and almost non existent communications, and just plain poor craftsmenship. Paid them a large deposit almost 3 years ago. Took them over a year before the work started. I’ve had to pay the contractors directly out of my own pocket. The work is still not done. They messed up pretty much everything. And now I’m having to pursue other resources to have them make it right. I wouldn’t recommend them if they were the last contractors on earth.
