My name is Michelle I recently moved to Kalamazoo Michigan I contacted this salon & got in same Day.I appreciate this woman accepting me & Doing my single Box Braids. Just the way I wanted them. She understands my Need of maintaining a hair style that will last me & make me Beautiful Respectfully Michelle I Truly appreciate you.
She overcharges you 200+ for crochet braids it is ridiculous and she says it’s based on how long it takes which is not disclosed when booking. I would not come here for crochet braids when there are better salons with cheaper prices. I was nervous to speak up and paid the price but it’s not right.
My experience at Lolanie Salon was very disappointing. I went right before my birthday and paid $400 for a haircut and pink color. The day before the appointment she made go to her so we can talk, and then she says the conversation that we just had is called a $100 consultation, she didn't tell me it was a consultation, she just told me: "Can you visit me", she recommended the cut before for the root bleach , but the process was unprofessional: she didn’t use a salon cape, and I left with hair all over my clothes and face be... read more
