Great place! EDIT: I’ve had to drop my rating because after my last three visits, they didn’t put everything back correctly after the work was completed.
I recently took my vehicle in for scheduled service. Upon receiving my car, I noticed that only one of the three services I had specifically requested was completed. Additionally, the oil was changed without my prior consent. Although I did not authorize this service, I chose to pay for it since having fresh oil is ultimately beneficial. I was informed that both the cabin air filter (which I had requested to be replaced) and the engine air filter were dirty and would need to be replaced during my next visit. I will never purchase a Nissan ever again in life!! 1st of all, they kept my daughter's car for over a month. Secondly, they would not give her a loaner vehicle until I had to physically go up there and speak to a GM. (This is after they had her car already for over a week and a half at this point.) Thirdly, my daughter's transmission had to be replaced after less than two years of this place putting in a "brand new" transmission. (So they said at the time.) While we didn't end up purchasing a car just yet, Jared was very nice and tried very hard to find a vehicle that suits our needs. Hopefully something will come in that works out.
My daughter dropped her car off at 8am for a scheduled appointment to find out an issue that occurred with her vehicle. We were in contact with numerous technicians throughout the day who assured us that they were working to locate the issue. My daughter goes back to the dealership at 5:30 to be told that her vehicle hadn't been pulled in at all to be looked at. We were lied to for 9 1/2 hours.
