I recently took my vehicle in for scheduled service. Upon receiving my car, I noticed that only one of the three services I had specifically requested was completed. Additionally, the oil was changed without my prior consent. Although I did not authorize this service, I chose to pay for it since having fresh oil is ultimately beneficial. I was informed that both the cabin air filter (which I had requested to be replaced) and the engine air filter were dirty and would need to be replaced during my next visit. I will never purchase a Nissan ever again in life!! 1st of all, they kept my daughter's car for over a month. Secondly, they would not give her a loaner vehicle until I had to physically go up there and speak to a GM. (This is after they had her car already for over a week and a half at this point.) Thirdly, my daughter's transmission had to be replaced after less than two years of this place putting in a "brand new" transmission. (So they said at the time.)
