Bao is AMAZING! I have come to this place several times with different technicians (all really good) but Bao is my favorite 😍 I am in love with my new nail set and was 100% what I wanted. He was very communicative making sure I liked the color, shape and just made sure the entire process was what I wanted. UPDATE!!! After posting my review, management reached out letting me know to stop by and let them resolve my issue. They acknowledged the overcharge and refunded me the difference. That alone shows that they care about their customers and not just about them for the money, which is how a good business is run. As I mentioned, the staff is friendly and have great customer service. Just ask questions! Overall, they can make good nails. I still love how natural my acrylics look.
I went to this shop for the first time because I liked the pictures on Google. The staff was friendly, but my nails cost $126, and he applied a $10 discount. That's outrageously overpriced considering the photos—my set was short, and the design was simple. There was no reason I was charged extra for the short length, my shape on top of French, and the additional design fee. That’s crazy price gauging!
