Have been going to Dream Nails for over 2 years now. Always a wonderful experience and I'm constantly getting compliments on how my nails look!

Absolute worst customer service I have experienced in my life. Not only was my technician, Cassandra snotty, but she refused to refund my money after she screwed up my nails TWICE! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. These people are crooks and they have no idea on how to do nails...
The customer service at this salon is poor. I went there last Sat., to get a full set put on for an upcoming trip. After I left, I noticed the nails were lifting and two came off. I contacted the store, and was told to come back in to get them fixed. When I went there she only fixed one, made excuses, and acted snotty. I think $50 is a bit much for them to lift or come off so easily. I had to glue one nail back on myself. The owner has yet to respond to my complaint.
