I went to Dream Star Nails for the first time and had an awful experience. The facility is filthy. Both times i went (first time for service and second time to complain), there was nobody there... i guess that should have been my first warning. I got infections on three different fingers be cause of the poor manicure i received... she cut into my cuticles so deep that they began to bleed, then didn't clean them before applying lacquer .
