They handled the plate transfer and paperwork quickly, and I was in the car faster than I expected. The team was friendly, honest, and easy to work with. The dealership felt clean and professional, and they even shared helpful tips about owning an Audi. Overall, a super smooth, transparent, and enjoyable buying experience. Highly recommend.
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!! They sold me a car in such bad shape that every single suspension/brake/subframe part needed to be replaced immediately or in the near future as well as a handful of parts under the hood. Literally over $5000 and counting in repair cost and that’s with aftermarket parts. So it’s either they don’t thoroughly inspect cars they sell or they do and sell anyway while not being upfront about any of this…both of which prove they don’t care about their customers. Worked with Mo and he made everything a pleasure. Let me drive the vehicle on my own, brought it back, I had a specific out the door number. We sat down. He turned his monitor and said done. We shook hands, signed some paper and 10min later I was out the door. Right to the point, none of this back and forth crap dealerships pull. Just simple yes or no answers. No time wasted.
