Terrible Customer Service. We bought a Brand New, Triton Aluminum Trailer and right afterwards it had bad vibration while towing our SXS. We live out of town, so didn't take it back in right away. Tried balancing, rotating, changing the tires out with no difference. After taking it back in, their only solution is that we need to buy new tires since the cheap bias belt tires it came with are no good, junk tires, that they know are junk and ordered the trailer equipped with. But that's now our problem.
