The vehicles are listed as luxury vehicles but the company does not handle the business in that way. I went to pick up a vehicle, Gray C8 Corvette Stingray and the one that I reserved had a major dent. They switched me to the same vehicle in white. When I got in the vehicle the carpet near the center console was hanging out. I fixed it and while driving I observed the windshield was cracked and the AC did not work. Made reservations for Rolls Royce truck and Urus for my sons prom everything was fine til we noticed the bumper was hanging and a dent on the hood of the Rolls truck we found out that this was the same one that was used in a bank robbery a few months ago I called informed dream luxury rental about the debts and bumper they didn’t do anything nor did they compensate even the driver called not to mention I had another reservation for a Urus truck yellow that was supposed to be brand new for my other son graduation but that had... read more
