I was called an hour and a half before my party bus was supposed to be at my house and told that the bus I ordered was not working. They offered to either pick me up with the broken bus (no ac or electricity) or transfer me to another company with a shuttle bus...no discount was offered for either of these options so I told them "no"; they proceeded to pressure be telling me that I needed to make a decision in 20 min and if I called over companies I wouldn't find anything.
