Actually 4.5, responsive to maintenance issues (mostly minor), also great for pet owners. However the cost is somewhat prohibitive, I know several people who have moved because of the rent going up. But overall, well maintained and pleasant staff.
Like any place it has it's good and bad points and to be honest I have looked at other comparable apartment communities in the area, and while nice, Dream does have them beat. Plus, I absolutely love my apartment. I have been here for 4 years and I have no plans to move anytime soon. The staff are good and very approachable. Steve, Andrea and Brittany are the ones I deal with the most and are awesome. Especially Steve, who I am pretty sure can fix anything. Anyway that's my review. Great service from management to maintenance. Nice grounds and beautiful apartments. Great location. Stephen ia the best!
Have lived here for 2 1/2 years and have enjoyed my time here.
