I want to start off by saying that the girls had fun. I Recently visited Dream kids spa. The idea is super cute and what it stands for. However, the quality of the service was terrible. The staff seems as if they didn't know what they were doing the communication seemed off. The atmosphere could have been a little more lively and energetic because Its a place for children. If you’re thinking of booking! Do it! You won’t regret it! We celebrated my triplets 6th birthday here. The experience was amazing from when I booked online to when they left feeling like 3 princesses. Inside was decorated way better than I imagined. The pictures online doesn’t do it justice! The staff was very attentive to my triplets and treated them like royalty. We got 3 Birthday Packages which was reasonably priced. We had our daughters’ birthday party here this weekend (turning 6 and 8) and they had so much fun, as did the girls’ birthday guests. The staff here were so great making everyone feel special and beautiful. The kids loved hanging out in the party room having pizza and cake when they weren’t kept busy getting their hair done, their nails painted, doing a craft, and doing party games. Will definitely come back!
Terrible service, not friendly, they don’t interact with the kids, no music, didn’t even greet us when we walked in. 0/10 recommend!!!!! Literally walked out of there 20 mins ago & my daughter’s nail chipped! Wasn’t even worth $58 rather had gone to a regular nail salon !!!
