The "dream kid spa" is gorgeous, nicely decorated and very clean! Service not so great. Staff was not welcoming and barely engaged with the children. Older women was standoffish and younger staff lacked enthusiasm. It was painful to watch the staff sing 'Happy Birthday' without passion, energy and not a smile insight. This place has so much potential but requires customer service training.
We held my daughter's birthday party here. The staff were so friendly, helpful, and patient. My daughter got upset with some of her friends and was pouting. The staff did great at distracting and entertaining her while the party continued. The guests all had fun and my daughter eventually cheered up. This place is worth the money.
I want to start off by saying that the girls had fun. I Recently visited Dream kids spa. The idea is super cute and what it stands for. However, the quality of the service was terrible. If you’re thinking of booking! Do it! You won’t regret it! We celebrated my triplets 6th birthday here. The experience was amazing from when I booked online to when they left feeling like 3 princesses. Inside was decorated way better than I imagined. The pictures online doesn’t do it justice!
