We had been to a handful of boutiques looking for my wedding dress. Unfortunately our experience at DIY left a sour taste in our mouths. We were happy it wasn't our first appointment trying on dresses because after our appointment here it tainted the experience. There was a strong language barrier with our bridal stylist. We even tried our best to accommodate them but there was no effort on their part and it made the whole appointment awkward and that we were bothering her. Had an amazing experience here with Emma! she was so patient and helpful. I got my dress here and am incredibly happy with my decision :)
Unfortunately, I did not have the best experience at this store. There is nothing wrong with the store in itself and the staff. In fact, the store was beautiful and the consultant assigned to me was very nice. I also have nothing to say about the variety of dresses. However, I felt like the sizing was not very inclusive. Many of the dresses that the consultant pulled out did not fit at all. Some of them were ripped and damaged, probably by the previous girl who tried to squeeze herself in it.
