This is a soothing and comfortable and clean studio. The instructor Ashley is kind and knowledgeable. The poses are designed with you in mind to meet you at your level, For me I greatly appreciated that. I felt so peaceful after my session. My mood was uplifted.I felt so supported and relaxed. If anyone is even thinking about coming here just do it, schedule that appointment, You will have no regrets.
