I can’t stress enough how amazing this hotel is. The service, the location and the rooms deserve more than 5 stars. We come here at least twice a year just my wife and I, as well as with the kids and everytime it’s exactly what we need! I highly recommend. Special thank you to the pool team. Great drinks, food and funny conversations. Also the tacos are 5 stars :) see you guys next time!
First, the location is awesome and the service has been outstanding. Being right on the water is really nice. The beach in front of the hotel was not overly crowded. And the walk to the boardwalk or pier was very short. The entire staff has been so accommodating from the moment you arrive to every request we have made since. But the room had some issues. Pool deck used to be exclusive, no longer the case. Rooms are showing age. Rates are becoming ridiculous.
