Terrible experience. Overall slow work ethic, no urgency to complete the project at hand. Rude and extremely unprofessional- I’d recommend finding someone else for all renovation purposes unless you’re okay with being consistently disrespected and having your money stolen. Not worth the hassle.
The initial sales process with Yancy was highly professional. They promised a timeline for the completion of the project , however, the execution did not match the pitch. Once the contract was signed, the project took 8 weeks, the quality was poor and communication stopped. They were unable to fulfill the main terms we agreed upon.I recommend potential clients get every verbal promise in writing before signing, or look for a provider that follows through on their commitments.
