Multiple problems issues and fraud done by John and Ryan pover home was delivered with damage and not what I wanted or ordered foundation installed wrong they destroyed my land and put home together wrong got fed up with All the lies and games so I contact HUD inspector he found multiple problems with home gave 21day to start repairing work no work done yet I contact my state rep and PA attorney general there giving them 21more days to start repairing that was weeks ago I am fileing multiple lawsuits against the builder lend... read more
Run. Shoddy finish work. After 1 year we finally found the reason for roof leaks and ceiling stains. After 1 year we were told that we were out of warranty. Smooth talk and nice guy, but zero interest in physically checking in on home installs and job sites to get a first hand grip. Messy trim finishing.
Smooth talking ..... incompetent business I purchased double wide from them end January 2016. Home was delivered and setup began end of April 2016. The setup was done very poorly and where the two trailers seam together there is a gap and a height difference. John Pover, owner told me they would fix it and I have been waiting for them and it is now December and still not done. There are other items as well.
