Doesn't pay contractors for work completed. Drops all communication once work is complete. Never will I deal with Jasvir again.
Bought a completed home that Dream built, over 16 months and still waiting on 90 day defects to be completed. Would recommend like we did maintaining money in trust as they will never come back to fix defects no matter how critical or small these are - including safety hazards to those living in the house. Poor communication, clearly issues maintaining trades and no effort to complete defects even when they are agreed! Stay clear of this company!!
