They were very respectful, very thorough with roof and all components to do with roof / ventilation.
Wow, was totally educated on my roof. There was so much more, to the problem then initially thought. We were very lucky that Arthur easily explain the construction of the roof and the necessary repairs vs replacement to handle the problem. I was impressed with his knowledge and options presented. I feel comfortable with our decisions and look forward to seeing the work done. Plus life time warranty, transferrable 50 years.
