We hired Dream Home Developers (DHD) to do a gut renovation and extension of our existing home, and we couldn't be happier with the result. We hired DHD to do a kitchen renovation (inclusive of wood floor replacement) for our apartment. Let's get past the fact that this project was to be completed in mid September but was just now (12/12/2022) completed. Let's get past the fact that I was presented with a contract (by Ted) which detailed the scope of work and payment schedule and I while I adhered to the payment schedule, Ted was seeking partial last payment when the contract specified that the last payment was due upon the COMPLETION of the project.
