Carl is the best manager. When there are problems, he responds immediately. He goes above and beyond to make sure everyone has a wonderful vacation.
A sleazy operation at best. If all you are interested in is finding people to rent your home this is the place to call. He can fill it up. If however you're interested in someone who actually visits your property to make sure it's not damaged or dirty....steer clear of this place. If the renters complain about anything, he wants you to replace it without EVER going to your house to check the issue out himself.
