This company made closing the biggest headache and cost us thousands that we were not expecting. This was our buyers mortgage company and they changed our closing date 5 times. We had our house packed us completely and had to pay thousands in keeping our truck longer, consistently taking off of work day by day as we were promised we would close the following day to then not close, we had friends and family take off of work several days to then not be available for our actual moving day and then had to hire a moving company! ... read more
DO NOT work with this company. Nothing but communication errors. Tina Hartman was nothing more than rude and cumbersome throughout the entire process. STAY AWAY from this group.
Kate Fabrizio and the rest of her team are just wonderful. Amazing people and very sharp! I highly recommend!
