Always come out happy with my hair results, thanks Rachel!
On arrival was told that they couldn't do the service I requested (root redye). Then proceeded to tell me they don't like taking on new clients even though it was easily booked through website. Unapologetic and difficult to get my deposit back. The website is not clear as to what they will and won't do. Very confusing that they offer specialist blonde hair services but won't touch the roots? Incredibly disappointing experience.
