I was really scared on getting my haircut, I got face framing layers and a trim and it turns out it was acctually really good! you just need to style it. The staff was really kind and professional

I didn’t had a good experience going there. I went for threading and waxing , the lady was rude and not welcoming as well while doing face waxing she ripped off my skin and saying that it just ripped of little bit , not even opolgizing to me. I don’t know why they have problem to put lotion after threading and waxing anyways I asked for the lotion , I had waxing patches leftover my face she didn’t even bother to clean it after. Came In for services assisted by SWATI , this lady was sweet and experienced, so much knowledge, was not painful cause of her techniques , liked so much will definitely revisit to her 👏🏻👏🏻😊 Helped alot and overall had great experience

I visited there today for face wax and the lady from the counter did my face wax. She used hot wax for face and i guess quality of the wax is bad though. She burnt my cheek. I don’t recommend anyone to go there for face wax. They don’t even use aloe vera gel after wax and threading.

This is my first time updating my review, and I truly hope things improve at the 152 location. I usually visit the 125 & 89 Ave location and have always had a great experience there. However, my recent visit to the 152 branch was disappointing.
