I had my permanent hair straightening done by Chahat. The first time, I wasn’t completely satisfied with the results, but what impressed me most was her professionalism. She happily redid my hair without any hesitation and that level of dedication is rare to find. Ladies working there are so rude ! Poor service! Not ready to give any answer properly !! Ignorant behaviour! I just don’t recommend anyone going there !!!
Worst service I’ve experienced this time. A new lady did my eyebrows and the whole process was very painful. She didn’t ask me once if I was comfortable or if I was feeling too much pain. The service was rushed and uncomfortable. I hope the management takes this seriously and provides better training because this kind of experience is not acceptable. She was wearing a brown top today
