Spoke with Youjin over the phone and arranged for a meeting which she provided me with a reasonable quote. She communicated nicely with me and was attentive in her service! Her team that did the work was amazing, and gave clear instructions on how to further take care and clean the new floor Overall, my experience with DreamGarage was very pleasant, and I recommend to anyone looking to change their flooring
We met with Jean Mark in the spring when interested in having a floor done. He was very knowledgeable and thorough during the on site consultation and advised us what would be best for our application based on our requirements. Finally this fall we were in a position to move ahead with the floor. Overall the company was wonderful to deal with from Jean Mark and Youjun to the instal crew. We are thrilled with the final product.
Youjin showed me their products and the procedure of their work. Everything is so details. They sent me the email from the beginning. The cost of their services. The date and the time they will start to work. Nolan and his team showed up at the morning and finished at 4:00pm. I am so happy with the final product. I never seen my garage so beautiful.
