Out of the gate they were outstanding getting me all the info, pics and video I asked for being out of state buyer. I notified them on my 16" Range Rover Sport the day after it was delivered about the issues I found. I have barely received any correspondence back via email, phone or text. I noticed the back wiper was not working due a bad motor plus the back panel of the vehicle had spider web paint cracking starting across the entire tailgate where their body shop fixed some spots.
