I want to talk about the Dream Foundation, because if you were given a terminal diagnosis and counting on them for anything, please don't get your hopes up without reading this first. I am so grateful to Kisa Heyer and the entire dreams for Veterans staff! Your caring and generosity has been a special blessing to us! My husband's dream to go to San Francisco and watch the Pirates play the Giants and to see Alcatraz was made even more special than anything we could have imagined! Your thoughtful extra surprise with the SFPD and collaboration with the Giants was unbelievable!! We cannot thank you enough for our special memories! We are so very blessed by you!!
I am blessed to receive flowers from Flower Empower, Dream Foundation. At a time when my life needs a positive boost they are there for me in the smiling volunteers, flowers and a cookie in hand. Thank you so very much.
Mom had been sick about 12 years and within the last 5 developed dementia. She had always love Elvis so with the help of hospice and the Dream Foundation, she the king surprised her for her birthday this past August. Sadly, we lost momma December, 2021. It's helps to know how special her last birthday was to her. We can never thank y'all enough for everything. You will forever be in our hearts.
