There is work that was not complete unfinished grouting, tile repair ( material on site). heating/AC ductwork not connected. I've been given the run around on when these issues will be addressed since closing. VERY UNRESPONSIVE. DON'T DO IT GO ELSEWHERE!!
A great place to live very quiet and peaceful, safe place to live
This is the most dishonest and low quality builder. Don't be fooled by the reviews on the website - they are fake. I have not yet found one singe family that was happy with the work these people do. Not only the hire the cheapest labor, not only they use low quality material, they lie about quality. Our house was closed on 12/30. It is still not finished and we find more and more things everyday that confirm that these people have no integrity. They leave holes, they don't finish painting, they miss installing things.
